Founded by Amelia Crettenden, Kindred State brings psychological and organisational insight into the realities of SME leadership, growth, performance and pressure.
Amelia holds degrees in Psychological Science, Business (Human Resource Management) and is Registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. Her perspective has been shaped by clinical practice, experience working with family businesses and SMEs, high-performance sporting environments, and organisational leadership development.
Amelia has a particular interest in supporting rural and regional businesses, and where leadership, workforce capacity and sustainable performance carry their own unique pressures.
Kindred State works with clients across Australia, online and in person.
